About the Book

The Nantucket Bunnies think that a toy bunny has been captured by a boy and his family. It seems that the bunny is in constant danger as the family travels across Nantucket. But a surprise awaits the Nantucket bunnies when one of them finally gets to talk to the bunny!

Review of Bunnies to the Rescue!

You can say I’m a bunny lover, we have two of our own. Sometimes, I believe they do talk to each other, especially when I’m trying to get them into bed at night. They were very excited for me to read them this book.

We worried for Barley Bunny while he was on his “dangerous” adventures across Nantucket Island. It was fun to see the sights. The three bunnies, as a part of the Bunny Network, were so anxious for their fellow bunny. With a perfect ending, we learned a gentle life lesson that made us breathe easy and smile from ear to ear. The illustrator captured the essence of the island while cracking us up with the bunny expressions. This is a super sweet and beautiful book but I might be partial to bunnies. I have a feeling this could be a wonderful series. Say it’s so!
