Bold illustrations drive the action on Scary Street. The pages are so filled with exciting images, it’s fun to play picture search – sort of like the Happy Halloween of Where’s Waldo! It’s spooky but not too scary – more on the lines of mesmerizing. I can see the littles checking out this book again and again. Written in rhyme, it is fun to read aloud.
About the Author
Lance Bass, best known from his time in the successful music group *NSYNC, can sing, host, act, produce, write, and happily whip up a mean omelet if you ask nicely. With multiple Grammy nominations, two diamond records, more MTV Video Music Awards than you can shake a mic at, and now his first children’s book, Lance is truly thankful for all the different ways he gets to create. Living in Los Angeles with his husband, Michael, and their twins (born on Friday the 13th!), Lance is thrilled to share this treat of a book filled with surprising tricks for his favorite holiday, Halloween!

About the Illustrator
Roland Garrigue is the illustrator of more than a dozen children’s books. From kindergarten to today, he has never stopped drawing. He creates fantastic universes and surreal situations, populating his books with characters from all walks of life—monsters, vampires, witches, pirates, aliens, children, and all the strange creatures he can dream up. Roland lives in Paris, France.
