Ben and Harper have had a rough start to their marriage. After a surprise late-stage cancer diagnosis, Ben comes up with one final wish for his wife: he wants Harper to find a new partner before he dies.

At one time or another we all have probably wondered what if. Have we always made the right decisions? Probably not. This book dives into the untaken paths after finding out her husband has a terminal illness. On her honeymoon. Gulp! Magically, Harper explores an alternate life to allow us to see where different choices might have taken her. 

Emotions ran high as my heartstrings were tugged every which way. With dual time lines we are able to see what was and what might have been. It dragged a bit in the middle but the end was so worth waiting for! With love and acceptance coupled with drama and tears, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I would definitely read more by this author!
