This fictional debut book puts the author in a category of powerhouse writing. A young dancer is ready to make her breakthrough until her father dies unexpectedly. An undelivered email and a key is Gracie’s inheritance.

Griffin comes loaded with his own past. A pending divorce, a mom with dementia, and the responsibility for accidental damage, is the baggage he carries.

Together, these virtual strangers face mistakes and past trauma and go boldly into the world of self discovery. When things are at their worst, they summon the gumption needed to come out on the other end. Such an inspirational story that is very well written. About The Author

Christie Havey Smith’s love of story was shaped in the film business, and for over a decade, she has been helping people explore their own narratives. She has taught creative and contemplative writing at Loyola Marymount University and The Greenhouse, a local retreat she founded. She authored the narrative nonfiction work From Three Feet Off the Ground.
